The TUBE-TECH HLT 2A is a groundbreaking equalizer, combining high and low shelving EQ with high and low cut filters, along with an innovative "tilt" T filter for the midrange. This unique combination of filters has been designed for the first time in the analog domain.

The midrange T-Filter tilts the entire frequency spectrum around a selectable midrange point. Frequencies above this point are either increased or decreased, while those below it shift in the opposite direction. This unique design provides an efficient and powerful way to achieve smooth and musical equalization. The HLT-2A is quickly becoming a favorite in high-end mastering studios, smaller project spaces, and everything in between.

As with all Tube-Tech processors, the stereo HLT-2A imparts a warmth and character that adds depth and organic richness to tracks, giving them a tangible presence in a stereo mix.

What sets the HLT-2A apart is its distinctive functionality within the Tube-Tech lineup and the world of analog processing. It delivers fast, intuitive results that range from subtle adjustments to bold changes, and it excels whether used on individual tracks, the drum bus, or the mix bus.

The HLT 2A is a stereo unit featuring an active low and high shelving EQ, a passive T-filter, and passive high/low cut filters. The shelving EQs are powered by a high-gain tube amplifier, while the T-filter and high/low filters are passive and placed after the active shelving EQ but before the output amplifier. Each section is equipped with a bypass switch, and there's an overall bypass switch for the entire unit.

PSU is switchable between 115V and 230V, currently set to work on 230V. EU power cord included.
