The NTI EQ3 was a 1995 TEC Award nominee in the Signal Processing Technology category, designed to equalize without causing audible phase distortion.
Developed by Cliff Maag, who later founded Maag Audio, the unit features six overlapping bands of EQ, including a 'sub' band (10Hz) for ultra-low frequencies, plus 40Hz, 160Hz, 650Hz, 2.5KHz and the 'Air' band for high-end frequencies.
Each band is 2 octaves wide with 3db and ¼ db dented controls that make settings easy to remember. It's great for stereo-buss applications.
Excellent working condition, good visual condition. PSU is switchable between 100V and 240V, currently set to work on 240V. Fuse has to be changed for 100V operation. EU power cord included.
